She was always there when I needed something and even after it was over and the purchase completed she was there to help answer any questions I had. I consider her my friend now . She was able to make a short 14 day due diligence period work easy and she did most of the work making calls and setting up ( inspections, things to be fixed , negotiations, questions the bank and insurance needed) She gave me all the info I needed on utilities and help me get in touch with them.I would highly recommend Chelsea to my friends or anyone looking to buy or sell.
We are a military family that has moved quite a bit over the past several years, and Chelsea is THE BEST realtor we have ever had! She is extremely personable, and makes you feel like you’re house shopping with a best friend by your side which is a plus when you are moving to a completely new state! We were not tied down to any specific area when we were house hunting, and she was willing to drive all around the Charlotte and neighboring areas scoping out neighborhoods and houses that we liked! On closing day, our contractor said she was really wonderful to work with!

As first time home buyers, we were extremely overwhelmed with the entire process, nonetheless through a strange market in 2021. Chelsea was incredible and helpful the entire time. She was always able to show us houses and to accommodate our crazy schedules. She was also able to answer all of our questions - no matter if they were big or small. She also had an extensive network of folks in the area - and had plenty of people to recommend to us for when we needed to call experts in (i.e plumbers, contractors, etc)!
