Lake Norman Sells Priciest Home of 2019

Ready to do a little daydreaming? Earlier this week, Charlotte Business Journal reported the sale of the Charlotte region’s priciest home thus far in 2019. It’s luxury living at its finest!

The 12,000 square foot palatial mansion on Lake Norman sold last week for almost $4.8 million dollars. The sale was brokered by the Premier Sotheby’s International Realty Cornelius office.

Construction was completed on this stunning Cape Cod style home in 2009. At one time it was listed for almost $10 million dollars and, throughout the years, has been relisted at varying prices and even up for auction. It was relisted last Summer and even then still held one of the top spots for priciest Lake Norman real estate.

The home is situated on a rambling 2-acre lot at The Point in Mooresville. Inside the 12,000 square foot home you’ll find four bedrooms and nine bathrooms (4 full and five half baths).

There’s a chef-inspired kitchen, an art studio, and stunning views of Lake Norman. Outside there’s a six-car garage, an infinity pool, and a stone fireplace.
