You really do catch the sun from every angle whether you’re launching watercraft from the private dock, relaxing on the private sandy beach, or strolling across the expansive, luscious lawn. Outdoor amenities available for use are 2 kayaks, a standup paddleboard, and cornhole. 

Another outdoor bonus is the use of a completely separate and absolutely adorable bungalow. The bungalow features a workspace as well as a flat screen TV, perfect for family movie nights. It also has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors giving you sweeping views of the yard and lake. 

Once inside the main house you will enjoy all of the designer touches. It looks as if Little Acorn Luxury stepped right out of the pages of a design magazine. The house sleeps 8 across three bedrooms: one King Master, a secondary King, and a kid’s room with a queen bed and a twin trundle. An added benefit is that every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom AND access to the outdoor screened-in porch. That’s right: every bedroom has porch access. Talk about a dream!

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all peaceful and comfortable, but the crowning jewel is the panoramic wall of windows overlooking Lake Norman. Remember those sunrises and sunsets we mentioned earlier? Take them in from any vantage point of the house.
