Blog > Superbowl Sunday in the Queen City
With one of the biggest days in sports coming up this Sunday, Feb. 13, you may be wondering where in Charlotte you can take in the Superbowl. Thankfully, our friends over at CharlotteFive have compiled a list of where you can enjoy the big game, no matter which team you cheer for.
Divine Barrel Brewing
3701 N. Davidson Street, Suite 203
Divine Barrel’s owner himself will be grilling up burgers and dogs for $5 a plate as well as selling Super Bowl Squares (also for five bucks), in order to benefit former Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen’s charity, The HEARTest Yard. Sample more than 20 beers, watch the game, and benefit a good cause.
Dilworth Grille
911 E. Morehead Street
Still nervous about being indoors with large crowds? Dilworth Grille has you covered (literally) with their huge outdoor covered patio. It has 16 large flat-screen TVs where you can watch the game and enjoy their famous Dilworth crab cakes.
Mac’s Speed Shop
2511 South Blvd, and 2414 Sandy Porter Road
Mac’s Speed Shop is famous for their barbecue. People come from all over, and they know it. That’s why they’re offering a bevy of tailgate specials. One of which being: 30 wings or fried ribs for $65, or 50 of each for $110 with your choice of sauce. You can take advantage of their tailgate specials even if you choose to stay home. Just call in your order ahead of time!
