Set back on a lush, sloping lawn overlooking Lake Norman is the oasis known as Hermance. The setting for this sweet vacation rental is in an enclave of trees, yet right on the water. The minute you walk in you are greeted with stunning views of the lake through any one of the large picture windows. It feels like you’re in your own little inlet, though once leaving your private dock you’re immediately met with the wide open space that is Lake Norman. 

This home has a broad outdoor deck which is perfect for watching the sun set, as well as a screened in porch filled with cozy seating. Once inside, Hermance sleeps 14 spread across six bedrooms with a mix of King beds, queen beds, bunk beds, and trundles. Young or old, there’s definitely a comfy place to rest your head. 

Hermance comes with a variety of Smart TVs for all your entertainment needs, as well as a pool table, foosball table, and full-size Pac-Man arcade game. Available for use are two adult kayaks and two children’s kayaks. Additionally, Hermance comes with the option to add a 24’ pontoon boat onto your rental. With direct lake access, how could you not? 

The main living area is open concept, with the living room, kitchen, and dining area all bleeding into one big space. This is perfect for the family that wants to play a card game around the table while others watch a movie and make snacks!

The bedrooms and bathrooms are all tastefully decorated in calming, peaceful colors. There’s plenty of natural light to help you wake naturally, fully rested in this cozy vacation paradise.
