The Saussy Burbank-built community of Water Oak offers a quaint neighborhood feel while being close to lots of amenities, great schools and the beautiful shore of Lake Norman.

Water Oak is located off Highway 150 (River Highway) east of Perth Road and 2 miles west of I-77 at West Plaza Drive.

Everyday shopping, dining and necessities are less than 5 minutes from Water Oak at Winslow Bay Commons and Mooresville Consumer Square.

Downtown Mooresville is about 5.5 miles away. Nearby Huntersville, Cornelius and the college town of Davidson are all less than 20 minutes away via I-77. Bustling Birkdale Village is about 15 minutes from Water Oak.
