Find a quiet place on the western shore of Lake Norman to call your own in Denver’s gorgeous Sailview community.

Sailview is located of Webbs Road and is full of beautiful custom-built homes on waterfront and interior lots. A variety of custom builders have contributed to the community.

What you lose in proximity to large shopping areas on the eastern shore of the lake, you make up for in privacy and less population density. Downtown Denver is just 4 miles from Sailview and has all your basic daily necessities.

There are also 15 vacant lots for sale in Sailview ranging in price from $49,900 to $250,000.

Sailview is zoned for Lincoln County’s Rock Springs Elementary School and North Lincoln Middle and High schools.
