Feel at home in Denver’s Killian Crossing

Killian Crossing is a beautiful community of single-family homes located in the East Lincoln town of Denver close to the shores of Lake Norman.

The neighborhood is accessible from Grassy Creek Road just off old Highway 16, a few minutes south of the intersection of NC 150.

Killian Crossing was started in the early 2000s. The final phase of construction, The Retreat at Killian Crossing is currently under way, as of June 2017.

Metro Charlotte and Charlotte Douglas airport are only about 30-35 minutes from Killian Crossing via the new 16 bypass. Additionally, Highway 150 makes for a quick trip across Lake Norman to the town of Mooresville, Davidson or Cornelius.

Killian Crossing has large lots with well-manicured landscaping and mature trees. The lots range in size from approximately 0.5 of an acre to 1.9 acres in size.

There are no amenities in the neighborhood, however, Sally’s YMCA and Westport Golf Club are nearby options for fitness and recreation.

There are neighborhood sidewalks, streetlights and nearly 50 acres of common space in Killian Crossing.

Homes in the neighborhood range in size from 1,800 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet. There are ranch homes as well as 2-story homes. The homes built in the first phase of construction are brick and partial brick. The newest homes in The Retreat also include hardboard siding and stone.

A total of 4 homes sold in the last 12-month period – 2 resale homes and 2 new construction properties. The sales prices ranged from $335,000 to $440,770. The average sold price was $371,568.

The resale properties both sold for 97% of list price.

Currently, there are 3 homes for sale in Killian Crossing. One is a resale property built in 2006, and the other 2 listings are new construction homes.

The resale property is listed at $335,000. The new properties are listed at $416,500 and $347,500.

Children living in Killian Crossing attend Lincoln County’s Rock Springs Elementary and North Lincoln Middle and High schools.
