Coming soon to a Huntersville neighborhood near you… beer and bananas? Located in the former Huntersville police administration building, 760 Craft Works will bring locally and globally brewed beers infused with home grown plants. Yes, including bananas.
Owners are father and son team Trey and Wagner Ramsey. They’ve worked closely together to bring 760 Craft Works to life and offer the people of Huntersville a place to relax and unwind after a long day. Trey is a bit of a plant hobbyist and has lovingly cared for banana trees in their own 30-gallon pots for years.
“I have gotten bananas off them in the past two summers,” Trey told The Charlotte Observer. He’s also had experience growing key lime, Meyer lemon and avocado trees. There’s a high likelihood of the brewery being filled with live plants, some of which may end up in the beer. It doesn’t get any more fresh than that!

760 Craft Works will also offer select ciders and wines. While they won’t have a full kitchen on-site, there will be opportunities for food trucks to park. They’ve also partnered with nearby favorite Slice House Pizza to deliver food from the pizzeria right to your table at the brewery.
The name is inspired by local Lake Norman lore, where the lake lies 760 feet above sea level at its highest point.
760 Craft Works is located at 100 Gilead Road in Huntersville and is expected to open later this Spring. Follow their Instagram page for all of their opening information! You can find them @760CraftWorks
