Another Lake Norman area holiday favorite enjoyed by all is a visit to Zootastic Park of Lake Norman’s Christmas Wonderland of Lights! Here’s all you need to know to experience this wonderland for yourself.
Operating nightly from Nov. 18th thru Jan. 1, drive through over 4 million sparkling, twinkling lights, all timed to our favorite holiday tunes. At the end of the driving tour, be sure to park and go inside to see Santa and his baby kangaroos. So much better than elves, right? You’ll also be able to enjoy hot chocolate, s’mores stations, carousel rides, and train rides. There’s a clear reason why Zootastic Park is a must-see in Lake Norman this time of year.
Please note, Santa’s last night to visit the light show is Dec. 24. He’s got an awfully busy night ahead of him, after all!
Lights run from 6pm-9pm Sundays through Thursdays and 6pm-10pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Cost to attend the show is $10 a person for ages 2 and up. Two and under visit for free!
While there certainly are enough options to keep families busy every night during the holiday season, a visit to Zootastic Park of Lake Norman’s Christmas Wonderland of Lights is one event you surely can’t miss.
