This huge estate sleeps a whopping 16 people AND is pet-friendly. The interior decor is reminiscent of your grandparents’ lodge in the best way possible. Warm wood tones in a cozy A-frame living room lends itself perfectly to nostalgia. The rest of the home is comfortable, clean, and tidy. Each bedroom is spacious and accommodating. There’s no doubt that Castaway is ideal for a family reunion. 

Once outside, enjoy a huge corner lot creating basically your own peninsula on Lake Norman. There’s a sweeping lawn perfect for pickup football, a huge covered deck, large inground pool with lounge chairs, and a private dock complete with a swinging bench. 

Enjoy 180 degree views of Lake Norman from the dock, which has 4 individual boat slips. Tritoon boat rentals are available, though of course, you’re able to BYOB too. (Bring your own BOAT, that is.) 

Castaway is booking dates in October and through the rest of 2022. Perhaps a holiday family reunion is in order. We can picture it now… a fire roaring in the stone fireplace as a lit tree twinkles, lights reflected in the windows with picture perfect lake views. Sounds like the stuff memories are made of.
