Blog > Fall Bucket List
Our friends over at Charlotte’s Got A Lot have compiled an incredible list of 45 (!) things you must do in the Charlotte area this Fall. While we don’t have the space here to share all 45, here are our top favorites! We are lucky to live in such an amazing part of the state with access to the very best Fall fun there is.
Craft Beer Month
October is North Carolina’s official Craft Beer Month, and because the city boasts dozens of local breweries, make a plan to visit as many of them as you can. To ease your quest, you could pick up a 1-day or 3-day Charlotte Brew Badge which unlocks special offers at participating breweries.
Wine & Food Festival
This October 1 from 12-6pm at Symphony Park in Charlotte is the Wine & Food Festival! This amazing day offers over 100 local and international wines, local beers, food trucks, and live music. Admission includes a souvenir glass, unlimited samples, and all performances. Find more info here!
Ren Faire

Travel back in time to the Carolina Renaissance Festival. This fun event takes place Saturdays and Sundays from October 1-November 20. Located in Huntersville, enjoy the recreated Village of Fairhaven where history comes alive immersive and interactive entertainments! The open air Artisan Market is filled with arts and crafts, games and rides, jousting knights on horseback, falconry, mermaids, fairies, dragons, feasting and so much more! It’s truly fun for the entire family.
