The Rising Riverhouse

For the past three months we’ve been sharing some of our incredible Lake Norman vacation rentals. Here’s something different: a gorgeous vacation home on the Catawba River called The Rising Riverhouse! 

This absolutely stunning home is the epitome of peace and quiet. The oversized, fenced-in lot sits right on the banks of the Catawba, with a private dock leading out to the water. Also waterside sits a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Imagine sitting outside with your morning coffee or evening nightcap as you watch the water lazily flow by. 

Rising Riverhouse sleeps 12 guests across 5 bedrooms. On the main floor you’ll find the King master suite and one guest room. The upper level has another King bedroom, another queen guest room, and a “kid’s room” with 1 full bed and 2 twins. Back on the main floor you’ll enjoy an extra-large open concept layout. The living room, dining room, and fabulously renovated kitchen all share the same space. 

For recreation, enjoy a game room with shuffleboard and a full-size arcade pinball machine. Also on the property are kayaks and paddleboards for your use, either from the private dock or the separate stair entrance into the river. When outdoors, make use of the gas grill and enjoy the partially covered deck.
