Eastwind Cove is located off Webbs Road on the western shore of Lake Norman and is convenient to all your daily shopping and dining necessities. With only a 20-25 minute drive to the eastern shore of Lake Norman, you can find all the amenities of Huntersville’s Birkdale Village, Cornelius, the college town of Davidson and lovely Mooresville.

Charlotte’s night life, sporting events and fine restaurants are only 45 minutes away from Eastwind Cove via Highway 16 and I-485.

Eastwind Cove was developed in 2007 prior to the recession and is being completed currently (Dec. 2016). First phase homes as well as new construction and pre-construction sites are available.

Neighborhood amenities include a pool and clubhouse as well as boat storage for residents. Of course, the greatest amenity is life on the lake!

There are waterfront, water view and interior home sites in Eastwind Cove. Homes are on the larger size – 2,300 square feet and up to 7,000 square feet. H&H Homes is currently building out the neighborhood, and their homes start at 2,300 square feet and exceed 3,000 square feet in size and start in the high $200,000s.

Home lots range from approximately one-half acre to more than 1 acre.

In the last year, a total of 11 homes sold in Eastwind Cove for an average price of $321,079 and $96 per square foot.

Fourteen homes are currently listed for sale in Eastwind Cove. As of Dec. 5, only 4 of the homes are under contract. Three homes are resale. List prices range from $300,000 to $995,000.

Eastwind Cove children currently attend Lincoln County’s Rock Springs Elementary and North Lincoln Middle and High schools.
